Terms and Conditions — ZB777 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and ZB777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"), which operates the website zb777.im and all associated services. These Terms apply to every registered account, every game played and every transaction processed on ZB777.

By completing the registration process on ZB777, clicking any confirmation checkbox during sign-up, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may trigger an account review and suspension pending verification.

ZB777 reserves the right to request evidence of the payment method used for any deposit before processing associated withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure and is not specific to any individual account.

Withdrawal requests on ZB777 are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. For verified accounts, withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes, at any time including weekends and public holidays.

Before your first withdrawal, ZB777 requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or similar government-issued identity document. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process required for all licensed gaming platforms and is not negotiable. Accounts with incomplete KYC may have withdrawals held pending document submission.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, any pending bonus funds and wagering-locked balances may be forfeited. Uninvested real money deposits will be returned to the original payment method after any necessary verification and after ZB777 has satisfied itself that the funds are not subject to any ongoing investigation.

Players who wish to close their own ZB777 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@zb777.im. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

ZB777 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of ZB777 after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using ZB777 and may close your account as described in Section 13.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ZB777's operating jurisdiction. ZB777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final response within 14 days. If a player is not satisfied with ZB777's response, they may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority under whose jurisdiction ZB777 operates.

Game outcomes determined by certified RNG or provably fair systems are final and cannot be challenged on the basis of perceived unfairness. Players who believe a technical error affected a game outcome must report it to support within 24 hours of the event for investigation to be possible.
